LOL i just resently got my braces and i have one of these and like i played with it by lifting it with my tongue....Well, it broke and it hurt bad....my ortho. got so mad at me....so advice to anyone with one of these.....DONT MESS WITH IT...lol

I had that for about 3 years and when they took it out all my teeth moved and got really crooked and then I needed braces and I am so sad. I am 17 almost 18 and need to have these stupid braces for another year :(

You should be able to talk ok with that by the looks of it but I dono I never had to wear it.
