Imagine someone asking you if want something like a cookie and then You just have to smile and remind them theres no way you could fit it in your mouth without taking all the elastics out. and you have to have a mirror and it takes a lot of time. And because I wore it all day, and changed bands at least 3 times a day, I only have to where the bands at night. I suggest to those who are getting bands for the first time should where them often to prevent from having to where this all day for a long time. I have asked my ortho. about that, and he said that if he tells you to wear them all the time (some ppl who dont need them very badly only need to wear them at night), then that means like 22 of 24 hrs a day (2 hrs for eating your meals and such). As for the animals on the bands cover, there are different types of animals for the different types of rubberbands (there are all types of rubberbands) One of them I where is really small and tight with a impala on it and I have to where it in a triangular motion.
