I have been to see my Orthodontist several times regarding this matter but he is unable to tell me why my teeth are shifting. I went to see another Orthodontist that said my retainer was'nt any good and I needed a new one do you have any opinion on what I should do before all my teeth move back and what are the best retainers. I wore braces, elastics and headgear for 4 years! WIthin 3 months after they took them off I was back in full braces, facemask and elastics all over again!
